Job summary

CBRE Dublin is seeking a Project Management Lead to direct support for project management operations from initiation through completion. You will oversee administration, tracking, and policy development to ensure alignment with CBRE standards.

The role demands strong leadership, Excel expertise, and the ability to guide teams to deliver on time and within budget. This on-site role in Dublin offers exposure to CBRE's global real estate services leadership and opportunities to drive process

Qualifications

5+ years of job-related experience is preferred.
Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
Exceptional math skills with the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

Audit reporting on key performance indicators.
Create project policies and directives within the operations manual.
Function as the subject matter expert of the project tracking system and job cost accounting system.
Respond to escalated inquiries about performance reports and project data.
Assist teams with implementing and monitoring project administrative practices and policies.
Assist project team in close-out procedures.
Train administrative staff on project policies and administration.
Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to existing solutions.
May establish new techniques to ensure objectives are met.
Lead by example and build consensus to meet team objectives.
