Job summary

CBRE in Ireland seeks a Project Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical projects on site, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery. You will coordinate Sub-contractors, monitor budgets, and report progress to the Head of Projects and Project Manager. Strong communication, hands-on leadership and MS Project skills are essential.

The role requires at least 5 years supervisory experience in M&E or construction, with travel across CBRE sites as needed. On-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
• Experience in vendor management and managing a team.
• Understand pricing, budgeting and profitability of projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operational aspects end-to-end.
• Manage sub-contractor and site supervision activities.
• Ensure QHSE processes and project plans are followed.
• Communicate progress to Head of Projects/Project Manager.
• Ensure documentation is complete and stored.
