Job summary

Global Professional Consultants are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a major apartment development in the Greater Dublin Area. The role requires delivering apartment blocks or large-scale residential projects, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

The successful candidate will lead the project team, coordinate with the commercial function, and manage relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders from inception through to completion and aftersales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience delivering apartment blocks or large-scale residential developments.
• Strong background in large-scale residential, apartment or commercial construction.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works meet quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards in line with Building Regulations.
• Prepare and deliver the Project Execution Plan including procurement strategy, baseline/target programme and budgets.
• Own commercial delivery with the commercial team to ensure value and cost control.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and design teams to drive performance and timely information.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including authorities and local communities.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from inception to completion and aftersales.
• Lead value engineering and product development during delivery with building systems.
• Provide leadership to the construction team and ensure adequate resources.
• Set standards and hold teams accountable for performance.
