Job summary

Major Irish Residential Developer in West Dublin is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager to deliver a significant phase of a major residential development. You will coordinate Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery across multiple work fronts.

The role requires a strong background in large-scale residential construction in Ireland, with responsibility for infrastructure and public realm alongside housing elements.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years’ construction experience, including experience at Project Manager or Senior Site Manager level.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential projects in Ireland.
• Strong programme management and subcontractor coordination experience.
• Experience managing major residential developments involving infrastructure, services and public realm works.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day construction delivery of your section of the development.
• Manage programme delivery, short‑term planning, site logistics and construction resources.
• Lead Site Managers, Engineers and Foremen while coordinating subcontractors across multiple work packages.
• Oversee residential construction alongside roads, drainage, utilities, services and associated public realm works.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality control and technical compliance.
• Work closely with the commercial, design and development teams to resolve issues and maintain programme.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, labour, materials and upcoming works.
• Report progress, programme risks and key milestones to senior management.
