Job summary
Sisk Group is seeking a Project Manager - RC & Facade to lead on-site delivery, ensuring quality, safety and financial performance of engineering projects in Ireland. You will coordinate across engineering, commercial, design and construction teams and uphold Sisk’s HSEQS standards to maximise project value and profitability.
The role requires proven experience in large-scale construction, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of project delivery, scheduling and risk management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience with scheduling, cost control and quality management.
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver projects on programme, budget and specs.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and take corrective actions.
- Maintain reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
- Support procurement and contract administration with the commercial team.
