Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the engineering function on major projects in Ireland. You will coordinate with the line manager and the supply chain to set on-site engineering strategy, ensure QA compliance, and manage temporary works and lifting operations.

The role requires deep civil engineering expertise, strong communication, and experience in design management across piling, geotechnical and substructures. On-site work with a collaborative team is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level civil engineering or equivalent.
• Competence in temporary works and lifting operations.
• Ability to manage QA and site records.
• Experience with survey, RFI and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering function on projects and set on-site strategy.
• Coordinate with line manager and supply chain for quality control.
• Oversee Temporary Works coordination and lifting operations.
• Review and close NCRs and maintain QA procedures.
• Ensure as-built surveys and dimensional control are completed.
