Job summary

Sisk Group in Limerick is seeking a Project Manager to lead Life Science construction packages, including structural steel, external envelope and internal fitout, reporting to the Project Director.

You will manage budgets, schedules and quality, direct multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships from pre-construction through to handover.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within a Tier 1 construction or engineering environment (advantage).
• Relevant health and safety certification (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS, SMSTS or equivalent) (essential).

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure resources are allocated and milestones achieved.
• Maintain reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
