Job summary

Lumen Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in Dublin. You will manage scope, programmes, budgets and performance, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders from inception to completion.

You will take ownership of projects, balance cost with schedule, and navigate risk while delivering on milestones.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the construction/project management sector.
• Proven experience delivering projects from planning through to completion and handover.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Previous experience coordinating and leading project teams.
• Good commercial awareness with an understanding of programme, cost and risk.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and operate effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

The Role:

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale and complex projects from inception through to completion.

You will manage project scope, programmes, budgets and overall performance, coordinating project teams and ensuring key milestones are achieved. Working directly with clients and wider stakeholders, you will manage risk, resolve project issues and maintain clear communication throughout the delivery process.

This is a client-facing position suited to someone comfortable taking ownership of projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and balancing programme, cost and client requirements.
