Job summary

Renowned Cost & Project Management Consultancy in Dublin seeks a skilled Project Manager to supervise, manage and deliver two hospitality projects to client satisfaction. You will help define project scope, build a detailed schedule, track performance, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery on high-value schemes.

Responsibilities include risk and client relationship management, adapting constraints based on financial analysis, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management/Engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in Construction.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent listening skills and flexible attitude.

Working on projects up to €500,000,000 in value, they turn their hand to a diverse range of sectors – including Pharma, Medical, Infrastructure, Commercial, Refurb, & Hospitality to name a few.

The Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to help with the Supervision, Management, control and delivery of two significant Hospitality projects to the satisfaction of their clients.

You will assist in the definition of the project scope & objectives, create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule, measure project performance, and ultimately ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Your duties will include risk management, relationship management, and a lot of client management in this client-facing position. You will ensure we meet budgetary objectives, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management/Engineering required
• 3+ years’ experience in Construction
• Team player, with the ability to self-start and work independently.
• A can-do attitude is essential with a degree of flexibility required for all responsibilities.
• Must be capable of taking direction and possess excellent listening skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.
