Job summary

Stelfox is supporting a local IT provider in Dublin to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new platform across the business.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement and IT, drive governance, assess risks, coordinate resources, and ensure a successful go-live and adoption, with the project running for 18 months and potential move into the PMO.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects from discovery to go-live and adoption.

• Proven governance experience: risk/issue management, budgeting, reporting.

Job description

Stelfox is supporting a local IT provider who is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager in Dublin to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new platform across the business.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and delivery partners, you will drive programme governance, do risk assessment, coordinate/manage resources to ensure a successful go-live and adoption.

The company is retiring some legacy systems, so this is a new 18 months project to introduce and implement a new business platform (CRM, PSA etc) for the company.

This role will initially be:

• 18 month fixed term contract/project with a strong possibility of moving into the PMO function once completed.
• Onsite role in Dublin, given you will be interacting with stakeholders across a range of back office departments within the business - Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, IT etc.

As a Senior Project Manager for this role, you will have:

• Track record of leading E2E implementation projects from discovery/scoping right through to go-live and after care adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to communicate with multiple teams/departments.
• Strong Project & programme governance experience such as risk & issue management, budgeting, stakeholder reporting, and managing/engaging 3rd party vendors/external parties.
• Previous experience working on technology/software implementation projects across CRM, PSA, ERP or equivalent is required.
