Realtime Recruitment in Dublin is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead governance and delivery oversight of a major Investment Management transformation programme within a regulated financial services environment. The role requires 8+ years of delivering complex transformation programmes, strong governance, RAID management and senior stakeholder engagement across business and technology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience delivering complex technology or business transformation programmes within Financial Services.
• Strong programme governance experience, including RAID management, executive reporting, steering committee preparation and dependency management.
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programmes involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives including CIO, Executive Leadership and Business Heads.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme governance across a strategic Investment Management transformation programme.
• Own and maintain programme RAID logs, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are proactively managed.
• Produce executive-level reporting and programme updates for senior leadership and steering committees.
• Coordinate multiple business and technology workstreams, ensuring alignment across the programme.
• Work closely with the external implementation partner delivering the core technology solution, acting as the central coordination point between business and vendor.
• Support the design and implementation of the future operating model to maximise business value.
• Drive effective cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Investment Management, Operations and key business stakeholders.
• Ensure programme milestones, governance standards and delivery plans remain on track.
• Provide visibility of programme progress, escalating risks and issues where appropriate.
• Support organisational change and business readiness activities throughout the programme lifecycle.

While a specialist implementation partner will lead the technical deployment of the core platform, this position will own programme governance, reporting, stakeholder management, operating model delivery, and cross-functional coordination.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives including CIO, Executive Leadership and Business Heads.
• Strong understanding of operating model design and business transformation.
• Experience working alongside third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining strong programme control and governance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

Highly Desirable

• Previous experience within Funds Management, Asset Management or Investment Management.
• Understanding of investment operations, portfolio management or investment performance platforms (such as FactSet or similar solutions).
• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation programmes within regulated financial services organisations
