Job summary

FRS Recruitment in Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of strategic and operational initiatives across a growing organisation. You will own projects from initiation to completion, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and business functions.

The role covers systems implementations, digital transformation, operational improvements and service enhancements, with a focus on delivering on time, within scope and embedding changes into Business as Usual.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Experience delivering technology, systems implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing external suppliers and third-party vendors.
• Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time, to budget and to quality standards.
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Planner, Monday.com or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation, planning and execution through to implementation, handover and Business as Usual.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities while ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers and reporting documentation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, senior leadership and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle, including post-implementation improvements where required.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Support the rollout of new systems, technologies and operational improvements.
• Monitor project performance and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business benefits and are embedded into operational teams.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic and operational projects across a growing organisation.

This role requires someone who has already managed projects from initiation through to completion, taking full ownership of delivery while working across multiple stakeholders and business functions.

You will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and successfully embedded into Business as Usual.

Projects will include systems implementations, digital transformation initiatives, operational improvements, compliance projects and service enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Skills

• Recognised Project Management qualification.


• Minimum of two years' experience delivering end to end projects with full ownership throughout the project lifecycle.


• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a fast paced environment.


• Experience delivering technology, systems implementation or digital transformation projects.


• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.


• Experience managing external suppliers and third party vendors.


• Demonstrable experience delivering projects to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.


• Excellent planning, organisation and problem solving skills.


• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.


• Experience using project management tools such as MS Planner, Monday.com, Asana or similar.


• Experience working within a multi site business.


• Experience leading operational improvement or service transformation projects.
