Job summary

Stelfox is recruiting on behalf of a local IT provider for a Senior Project Manager in Dublin to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new platform across the business. This onsite role involves coordinating with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement and IT to ensure a successful go-live.

You will drive programme governance, perform risk assessments, manage resources and third‑party vendors, and oversee adoption post go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple departments.
• Experience with technology/software implementation projects (CRM/PSA/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation from discovery to go-live and post-implementation adoption.
• Drive programme governance, risk assessment, budgeting and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate resources and manage 3rd party vendors/external parties.
• Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement and IT.
