Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives within the FS sector in Ireland. The role partners with the programme manager on an IT Life Assurance team to drive discovery through implementation and closure.

You will coordinate across business, technology and change teams, manage budgets and risks, and report progress to senior leadership. A strong Agile background and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Project Management experience in large, complex programs.
• Strong track record of delivering in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to manage multi-location programs and complex tech solutions.
• Experience in matrixed vendor/customer relationships.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who comes from the end to end Delivery Digital Transformation project background in the the FS sector. The role will lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through to implementation and closure. The successful candidate will primarily work closely with our programme manager on an existing IT Life Assurance IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business, technology, and change teams
• Define project scope, objectives, and delivery plans aligned to business priorities
• Manage governance, reporting, and change control throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Own project budgets and ensure effective cost control
• Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners
• Provide clear, concise status updates to project teams and senior leadership
• Ensure project deliverables are reviewed, approved, and signed off

Core Technical Competencies

• 5+ years Project Management experience, including experience in large, complex, multi-location programs or projects
• Strong track record of delivering in an Agile environment
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-process technology solutions in a legacy IT environment
• Technology literate, with proven experience in managing system integration projects
• Strong understanding of product and design and ideally have worked with design or product teams
• Experience of working in and managing customer and vendor relationships in a matrixed management environment
• Scrum Master experience preferable
• FS Sector experience in the Irish market preferable
