This highly visible, business-critical role works directly with senior business and technology executives to turn strategic priorities into coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large and complex programmes across FinTech, financial services, technology or enterprise transformation.
• Proven success managing enterprise-scale portfolios comprising multiple interconnected programmes.
• Experience gained within a large global enterprise, major financial institution, equipment finance organisation or technology services environment.
• Strong executive presence and a record of engaging effectively with C-suite and senior technology leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, governance, communication and decision-making skills.
• The ability to balance competing priorities and drive accountability across complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy, planning, prioritisation, governance and execution.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate business leaders, project managers, architects, engineering teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Manage dependencies, budgets, resources, risks, issues, timelines and delivery commitments.
• Establish clear executive reporting, escalation, governance and decision‑making processes.
• Drive alignment and accountability across business and technology teams.

Devonshire Hayes have partnered with an established global organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio and Program Manager to lead a strategic innovation and transformation portfolio within its financial services operation.

This is a highly visible, business-critical role working directly with senior business and technology executives to turn strategic priorities into coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes.

You will be required to work in the office 2 days per week.

This is a 6 Month contract

The role is paying €700 per day

Key responsibilities
