You will turn broad objectives into structured project plans, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive adoption across stakeholders. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven project management experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager.
• Proven track record delivering internal process improvements.
• Experience with AI and automation in project delivery.
• Strong English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
• Own end-to-end project planning, budgeting, resourcing, scheduling and risk management.
• Translate business workflows into actionable project requirements.
• Drive implementation, adoption and validation of results.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and progress reporting.
• Ensure successful integration of new solutions into day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation to improve delivery.
