Job summary

Forvis Mazars Ireland Limited seeks an AI & Transformation Product & Programme Manager to own strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle of AI/automation products on enterprise platforms such as Copilot, SharePoint and Power Platform. You will run programmes spanning rollout, governance, training and innovation enablement, partnering with IT, data and operations to drive adoption and value.

You will define problem statements, translate insights into backlog and programme plans, and steward initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science or related field; advanced certifications are advantageous.
3–5 years in product, programme or project management delivering digital/AI enterprise tech at scale.
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform) and modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a multi-horizon product vision with an outcomes-driven roadmap.
Maintain the product backlog with well-sized epics and testable stories.
Lead discovery through interviews, data analysis and journey mapping; run experiments to validate desirability and feasibility.
Develop integrated programme plans, timelines and resource allocations across AI initiatives.
Establish governance, reporting frameworks, risk management and KPI tracking.
Work with engineering, design and data teams to deliver increments and resolve blockers.
Plan releases, manage change impacts and ensure operational readiness including runbooks.
