Jobgether is seeking a Senior FP&A Expert to design and evaluate AI-driven financial tasks from Ireland. The role focuses on building realistic FP&A scenarios, comprehensive models, and robust evaluation criteria to test AI systems on budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance concepts.

You will work independently on a flexible, remote project that requires high attention to detail, strong English communication, and the ability to challenge assumptions with rigorous financial standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years FP&A or related finance experience.
• Proven advanced Excel skills with complex modelling.
• Ability to build and audit transparent financial models with documented assumptions.
• Experience with budgeting, rolling forecasts and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

Aufgaben

• Design FP&A tasks and business scenarios for complex planning and decision-making.
• Create detailed financial models and reference solutions with transparent formulas.
• Develop exercises including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount planning and investment evaluations.
• Assemble integrated financial analyses: income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, working capital and liquidity.
• Review AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy, consistency and relevance.
• Identify errors, unsupported assumptions and inconsistencies in models or conclusions.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and acceptance criteria for AI tasks.
• Prepare precise task instructions, reference answers and executive summaries.
