Job summary

Alldus International Consulting Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a newly established AI/automation team. You will transform work delivery by shaping adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and related AI technologies across the business.

You will engage with internal stakeholders, analyze processes and design automated solutions, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and future-state workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar.
• Strong track record of analysing and redesigning business processes, services and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and ideally Microsoft Foundry.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical automation and digital assistant solutions.
• Strong requirements-gathering, process-mapping and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse existing processes and redesign them using the combined strengths of people, AI and automation.
• Identify tasks and workflows that can be supported or automated through digital assistants.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry and related technologies.
• Create process maps, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and future-state workflows.
• Define the purpose, required information and appropriate level of human oversight for each digital assistant.
• Analyse meeting recordings, transcripts and other unstructured information to identify requirements, decisions, actions and outstanding questions.
• Work closely with technical teams to design, develop, test and refine digital assistant solutions.
• Determine the data sources, integrations, permissions and governance controls required for each solution.
• Support implementation and user adoption, while measuring improvements in efficiency, quality and service delivery.

The successful candidate will join a newly established specialist team, helping to transform how work is delivered through AI, automation and digital assistants, including shaping the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and other AI technologies across the business.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and ideally Microsoft Foundry.

• Experience translating business requirements into practical automation and digital assistant solutions.

• Strong requirements-gathering, process-mapping and documentation skills.

• Experience working with transcripts, unstructured information and organisational knowledge sources.

• A solid understanding of data access, permissions, system integrations and information security.

• Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Graph.

• An understanding of prompt design, retrieval, grounding, human review and responsible AI governance.

• Strong analytical, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate AI opportunities, limitations and risks clearly.
