Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Senior Project Director – Northern Europe to lead the commercial development, operational execution, and financial performance of the Industrial Projects business across the region.

The role focuses on developing scalable project logistics solutions for heavy-lift, breakbulk, and out-of-gauge shipments. The successful candidate may work from a home office or an office, with regional travel as required.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or industrial transportation environments.
• Proven track record in commercial development and customer relationship management.
• Experience leading regional teams or cross-functional project activities is preferred.
• Project Management certification is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional Industrial Projects strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and secure project logistics opportunities with clients and EPC contractors.
• Oversee end-to-end project logistics solutions including multimodal transport planning.
• Own full regional P&L and monitor financial performance, forecasting and cost control.
