Job summary

Citi Dublin seeks a Senior Vice President for Complex Assets to drive enterprise strategy, P&L, people, clients, and future growth across OTC derivatives post-trade services, Middle Office, and Fund Accounting.

You will lead on strategy, client franchises, and cross-functional transformation, with a focus on governance, risk controls, and innovation. Hybrid work is available with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Extensive OTC derivatives and/or securities services experience at senior leadership level.
• Proven track record managing a complex, global, regulated financial services business.
• Deep expertise in OTC derivatives across rates, credit, FX, equity, commodities.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes including technology-led change.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, business cases.
• Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills at board level.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the multi-year strategic vision for the Complex Assets franchise.
• Own client relationships and lifecycle management for enterprise-scale clients.
• Lead a geographically dispersed organization and cultivate leadership talent.
• Set technology vision and fund a multi-year digital transformation agenda.
• Collaborate across Citi's businesses to drive firmwide alignment and growth.
