Job summary

LinkedIn seeks a Senior Program Manager for the Talent Solutions Global Programs team, a 11 month fixed term contract working in a hybrid model in Ireland. You will partner with LTS sales leadership to own key rhythms, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high‑impact programs across a matrixed organization.

You will translate strategy into action and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, or equivalent roles within a matrixed organization.
• 5+ years of experience operating in cross‑functional environment across regional and/or global teams.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or platform‑based companies, with exposure to go‑to‑market or commercial organizations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day thought partner to VP Sales Leadership
• Independently steer development and execution of LTS strategic priorities
• Drive operational rhythm and effectiveness, including leadership team meetings & offsites, QBRs, OKR management, and annual & quarterly planning process
• Project manage strategic initiatives to support the growth of LTS
• Develop and manage new processes to drive cross-functional focus and prioritization
• Dot connector between macro level activities and micro level impact
• Use problem solving skills to structure ambiguous problems, conduct data‑driven analysis, extrapolate insights, and deliver recommendations
• Learn quickly, be agile and proactive, and take ownership for broad tracks and global workstreams
• Advocate and influence at all levels of the organization
• Coach and mentor others to ensure the team has frameworks, training, and resources for program management partnership
