Job summary

Reap is seeking an experienced Product Leader to own Payments end-to-end for our global fintech platform. You will shape strategy, define the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and finance to move payments across borders and currencies.

You will translate complex onboarding and settlement flows into a smooth, scalable user experience, balancing speed and risk while guiding a cross-functional team and reporting directly to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record launching and scaling complex payment products.
• Direct experience with stablecoins, blockchain payment rails, or digital asset infrastructure.
• Strong grasp of multi-currency and multi-entity payment operations.
• Technical fluency: you do not need to code, but you do need to speak payments and engineering credibly.
• Obsession with great user experience, with a track record of simplifying complex financial workflows.
• Analytical and strategic mindset, balanced long-term view with rapid iteration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and earn trust.

Responsibilities

• Own Payments end-to-end: take full responsibility for Payments as a product, from strategy and discovery through delivery, iteration, and the operational follow-through that keeps payments moving.
• Set direction and prioritize: build a clear point of view on what the product needs, decide what to do now versus later, and keep the roadmap focused on what genuinely matters.
• Turn payment complexity into a clear experience: translate onboarding, KYB and KYC, payee setup, approval chains, and multi-currency settlement into journeys that feel simple, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Partner with embedded finance on the rails: influence their roadmap and ensure flows work seamlessly across entities, currencies, and geographies.
• Keep the product compliant and reliable as it scales: work with legal, compliance, risk, and banking partners to stay sound against regulation.
• Measure what matters: define and track adoption, retention, payment volume, and speed of payment.
• Partner across the organization: work with engineering, design, compliance, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams.
