Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape the future of our Genius POS, VAS, and integrated partner offerings across global markets.

You will own end-to-end product delivery, from market opportunity to go-to-market strategy, delivering unified integration experiences for merchants and developers. In this role you will translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, collaborate with regional teams and engineering, and maintain high standards for API design,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• Knowledge of payments technologies, POS systems and partner ecosystems.
• Experience with API design and OpenAPI Specification (OAS) is a plus.
• Software engineering background is preferable.
• Experience delivering customer and merchant-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Drive unified API strategy for Genius POS and Integrated Partner capabilities.
• Own API proposition and market leadership for Single-In API.
• Define requirements for technical delivery teams.
• Design product changes using OpenAPI; create user stories and guides.
• Manage product lifecycle from conception to go-to-market.
• Document changes for training sites and developer portals.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to deliver quickly.
• Align stakeholders on product state and vision.
• Own vision for Genius, POS, VAS, and Integrated Partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor product performance and drive merchant adoption.
