Toast, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Financial Products page and the Finance tab within Toast Now. You’ll align Embedded Finance teams to deliver cross-product experiences, drive KPI-driven roadmaps, and run a high-velocity experimentation program.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, and Research to write requirements, manage backlogs, and measure outcomes like engagement, activation, and retention. Hybrid role with two days in Dublin office.

• Passion for innovating in financial services and transforming hospitality.
• Experience owning a surface from inception to post-launch success across multiple products.
• Hands-on experimentation program experience (A/B testing, iteration) to drive decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across teams you don’t manage.
• Customer obsession with VoC and customer interviews to prioritize roadmaps.
• Strong execution track record delivering speed and quality.
• Comfort with data analytics, funnels, and measurement.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy, roadmap, and performance of the Financial Products page and Finance tab in Toast Now.
• Define jobs-to-be-done and translate vision into prioritized roadmaps impacting KPIs.
• Collaborate with Embedded Finance teams to enforce design patterns, content standards, and entry points.
• Run high-velocity experiments; design, launch tests, analyze results, and scale successful ideas.
• Balance needs of product teams with operator experience and overall business outcomes.
• Write user stories, define requirements, wireframes, and manage the backlog with agile ceremonies.
• Partner with GTM and Product Marketing to drive awareness, adoption, and cross-product attach.
• Define success metrics, build dashboards, and own outcomes like engagement and retention.
• Conduct VoC and customer interviews to inform roadmap decisions and investments.
• Propose business cases for new investments and quantify impact; explore AI-enabled experiences.
