Job summary
Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Ireland to drive strategic initiatives and align business strategy, technology, and user experience. You will influence cross-functional teams to deliver products users love.
You will lead market research, rapid experiments, and strategy, prioritizing features that move the needle, while delivering growth and adoption across our offerings.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or regulated industries.
- 3+ years in 0-to-1 product development or startup environments.
- Experience with Lean Startup methodologies and experiment design.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and design on system architecture.
- Understanding AI/ML capabilities to build user features.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Discovery: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
- MVP & Validation: Design rapid prototypes to validate ideas and mitigate risks.
- Product-Market Fit: Analyze usage data and decide on scaling or pivoting.
- Roadmap Ownership: Define roadmap and North Star metrics with trade-offs across teams.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate on pricing, positioning, and unit economics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead squads without direct authority to ship features.
