Job summary

Mastercard Foundry's Services New Product Development team seeks a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design to shape data-driven product experiences. You will work with data scientists, engineers and product managers to create user-centered MVPs and prototypes for B2B data products across web, mobile and dashboards.

You will conduct user research, define personas, and iteratively test designs in a Lean UX and Design Thinking framework, delivering clear, visual data stories and engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent.
• Over 2 years in a world-class CX team.
• Experience with rapid prototyping (Lean UX and Design Thinking).
• Portfolio covering desktop, tablet, mobile, wearable and other form-factors.

Responsibilities

• Design Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using lean UX and design thinking.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and PMs to shape data product concepts.
• Present designs in cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Create clear, visual data stories and prototypes for complex business challenges.
