Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in a world-class CX team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic champion of the user.
- Demonstrable knowledge of usability best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using Lean UX and Design Thinking.
- Help define next-generation data and data-driven products.
- De-risk new data product concepts via user research and experiments.
- Present complex data in meaningful, digestible formats.
- Participate in Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Drive future-state conceptual designs and experimentation.
- Collaborate with Brand/Marketing to enable usable transactional experiences.
- Work with technology teams on modern UI practices and tools.
- Explore possible innovations while balancing business goals and user engagement.
- Liaise with regional/country teams reflecting diverse user needs.
