Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design to join the Services New Product Development team within Mastercard Foundry. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers and other experts to rapidly iterate data-driven concepts, prototypes and MVPs using Lean UX and Design Thinking.

Designs should present complex data clearly across web, mobile and dashboards while balancing business objectives with real user needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing data-driven products and dashboards.
• Portfolio covering desktop, tablet and mobile form-factors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Design Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using Lean UX and Design Thinking.
• Define next-generation data products and help shape Mastercard growth.
• Conduct user research to validate desirability, usability and feasibility.
• Design solutions that present complex data in a clear, digestible way.
• Participate in Design Thinking workshops with regional leads and end-users.
