Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design to join the Services New Product Development team within Mastercard Foundry. You will design user-centric data products through rapid prototyping, Lean UX, and Design Thinking, collaborating with data scientists, engineers and product managers to deliver innovative, usable data experiences.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a world-class CX team.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio covering multiple form-factors: desktop, tablet, mobile, wearable, other.
Commitment to learning and evaluating new concepts and technologies.

Responsibilities

Design of Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using Lean UX and Design Thinking.
Define the next generation of data-driven products to shape Mastercard's growth.
De-risk net-new data concepts by user research and feasibility testing.
Present complex data in a meaningful, digestible way.
Participate in Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with brand, marketing and technology teams to drive usable experiences.
Explore modern presentation layer practices for adaptive web and related tech.
Balance business objectives with user engagement in designs.
Liaise with regional and country teams to reflect diverse global needs.
