Job summary
Mastercard seeks an experienced Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design in Ireland to lead user-centered data product design across web, mobile, and voice interfaces. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and marketing to deliver prototypes and MVPs with rapid iterations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent.
- World-class CX experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio covering multiple form factors: desktop, tablet, mobile, wearable.
Responsibilities
- Design Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using Lean UX and Design Thinking.
- Help define the next generation of data-driven products and Mastercard growth.
- Conduct user research to validate desirability, usability, and feasibility.
- Design solutions to present complex data in a meaningful, digestible way.
- Collaborate in Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal digital data products.
- Drive future-state conceptual designs and experiments to improve design quality.
