Job summary

Mastercard in Ireland is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design to join the Services New Product Development team within Mastercard Foundry. You will craft user-centered data product experiences for web, mobile, dashboards and voice interfaces.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers and other experts to iterate concepts through rapid design-test-redesign cycles, validating desirability, usability and feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent.
• World-beating portfolio across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Over 2 years in a world-class CX team.
• Demonstrated usability knowledge and user advocacy.
• Experienced with Lean UX and Design Thinking.
• Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Design POCs and MVPs using human-centric design and rapid prototyping.
• Define next-gen data products and shape Mastercard growth.
• Conduct user research to validate desirability, usability and feasibility.
• Present complex data in digestible visual formats.
• Participate in Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Iterate concepts through rapid design-test-redesign cycles.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and tech teams to create engaging experiences.
• Balance business objectives with user engagement in design decisions.
• Liaise with regional teams to reflect diverse global needs.
• Deliver web, mobile and voice interfaces with dashboards and widgets.
