Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a M402 Procurement Manager to support the procurement lead on a major capital programme in Ireland. You will develop procurement documents and contracts, coordinate with Design, Engineering, Safety, and Information Management, and drive procurement strategies.

You will manage tender processes, respond to clarifications, and ensure governance and compliance with EU directives and Irish laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex procurement processes for large capital programmes.
• Experience with EU Procurement Directives and Irish regulations.
• Ability to lead procurement teams and provide strategic direction.
• Strong documentation and contract drafting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for M402 procurement matters.
• Deliver procurement activities as directed by the M400 Procurement Lead.
• Lead development and management of M402 procurement contracts and strategies.
• Prepare and review procurement documents (PQQs, ITT/ITN, contract drafts).
• Support responses to tenderer clarifications and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation in line with client procedures and governance.
• Ensure compliance with EU procurement directives and Irish law.
