Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to act as the Contracting Entity’s representative, delivering multiple projects from planning to commissioning. You will manage schedule, budget and scope, ensuring safety, quality and alignment with employer requirements.

You will lead a team of Project Managers, coordinate design consultants, monitor risks, and report progress monthly while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across aviation and infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Construction/Infrastructure, with aviation projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience operating on live airport sites.
• On-site construction and field delivery experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of operating as a client’s project manager.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery around schedule, cost, variations, interfaces and risk.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan aligned to standards.
• Engage with the Airport Transformation Manager and manage relationships.
• Lead a team of Project Managers across multiple projects.
• Maintain resourcing plans and provide technical support.
• Report monthly on progress and manage the project risk register.
• Coordinate design consultants and external service providers.
• Communicate design changes to the project team and stakeholders.
• Manage change control and information flow between team and client.
• Review and approve programme submissions and NEC contract duties.
