Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions in Dublin seeks a Supply Chain Contracts Manager to oversee administration and governance of contractual arrangements on a major infrastructure programme. The role requires extensive contract and subcontract management across the supply chain.

You will develop management plans, coordinate with legal and finance teams, monitor compliance and risk, and drive performance through KPIs for seamless programme delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in contract management within complex infrastructure programmes.
• Experience administering complex subcontracting arrangements and flow-down obligations.
• Knowledge of governance structures, KPI frameworks, and contractual reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and management of Client Partner supply chain agreements and subcontract instruments.
• Coordinate with Client Partner PSC Manager to ensure Head Contract obligations are understood and flowed down.
• Maintain compliance with contractual requirements, governance arrangements and performance obligations.
• Develop and administer the Subcontractor Management Plan across the Client Partner organisation.
• Manage contract changes, claims, notices and dispute resolution in line with subcontract provisions.
