Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Ireland seeks a Senior Contract Manager to lead pre- and post-contract activities within the Infrastructure Portfolio. You will drive NEC-based contract management, procurement interfaces, and performance reviews with Contractors and Consultants.

With 15+ years in contract/cost management, you will shape contract strategies, monitor KPIs, and support disputes resolution while collaborating with Procurement and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of contract/cost management and administration experience.
• Knowledge of monitoring Contractors/Consultants performance.
• Experience with NEC contracts and claims management.
• Ability to develop and implement contract management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-contract activities with Procurement and Legal teams.
• Oversee post-contract work orders from award to completion and acceptance.
• Review and accept subcontractors and subcontract documents.
• Monitor contractor/consultant performance via KPIs and KPI library.
• Support dispute management as required.
