Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Ireland is seeking an Intermediate Contract Manager to support contract administration during construction and the transition to operations. You will manage consultant and advisor contracts, maintain contract manuals, and lead change and claims processes with stakeholders.

You will oversee filing, budgeting and financial reporting, ensure compliance with terms, and drive continuous improvement through established procedures and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in document control on metro rail or similar projects.
• Knowledge of QA and process improvement in construction.
• Experience with document management systems and compliance.
• Experience with document management databases and software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement contract administration systems during procurement.
• Oversee contract administration in construction and operations.
• Manage consultant and advisor contracts and services.
• Handle change and claims processes per procedures.
• Organise stakeholder meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain filing systems and financial management processes.
