Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment on behalf of a leading Dublin-based commercial law firm seeks a Procurement Senior Associate (3–6 PQE) to join their Projects, Infrastructure & Energy Group in Dublin. You will handle high‑value public and private sector procurement matters and draft and negotiate complex contracts.

This hybrid role offers exposure to landmark energy, housing, health and transport projects, strategic advisory work on EU procurement rules, and a clear path to partnership through mentoring

Qualifications

• 3–6 years PQE in Irish and EU procurement law.
• Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen.
• Experience advising public sector bodies and utilities.
• Ability to manage complex matters end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Advise on EU and Irish procurement rules for major projects.
• Draft and negotiate procurement and commercial agreements.
• Represent clients in procurement disputes and High Court matters.
• Provide client workshops and mentoring junior associates.
