- Major Infrastructure & Energy Projects: Draft and negotiate complex procurement and commercial contract documentation for transformative state and private projects.
- Cutting-Edge Law: Advise on emerging regulatory frameworks, including the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR).
- High-Stakes Disputes: Work closely with partners on procurement remedies, debrief challenges, and litigation before the Irish Courts.
- Commercial Growth: Deliver client workshops, mentor junior associates, and contribute to the practice group's business development strategy.

- 3–6 Years’ PQE with strong core experience in Irish and EU procurement law (gained within a recognized commercial law firm or public body).
- Technical Excellence: Sharp drafting skills, high attention to detail, and a commercially grounded approach to complex problem-solving.
- Client-Centric Approach: Confidence in managing direct client relationships and delivering pragmatic, solutions-focused legal advice.
- Collaborative Mindset: A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the energy to contribute to a thriving group culture.
