Mason Alexander presents an opportunity with a leading Dublin law firm recruiting two experienced Procurement Associates/Senior Associates for its Projects, Infrastructure and Energy group. The roles offer a path to progression in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will advise public sector bodies, utilities and private sector clients on EU and Irish procurement law, draft complex procurement documents, and support high-value projects across energy, housing, transport and health while

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ PQE with experience in Irish and EU procurement law.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to manage complex procurement processes and documents.

Responsabilités

• Advising public and utility sector clients on EU and Irish procurement law and national guidelines
• Supporting clients on strategic, high-value projects across energy, housing, transport and health
• Drafting and advising on complex procurement documentation and guiding clients through procurement processes
• Advising on contract drafting and negotiation
• Advising on Foreign Subsidies Regulation
• Advising private sector tenderers on bidding for public projects and contracts
• Advising clients on procurement remedies and legal challenges before the Courts
• Delivering client training
• Staying up to date with procurement law developments and contributing to knowledge sharing and business development
