William Fry is seeking a senior associate for our Dublin Projects & Construction team. The role involves advising on complex construction, energy, infrastructure and procurement matters across commercial development, residential, transport and M&A related projects.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, engage with major clients, and collaborate with departments such as Real Estate, Banking and Corporate. A minimum of 5 years PQE and a client-focused approach are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house team.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate construction contracts (RIAI, NEC).
• Experience across energy infrastructure, projects and major developments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice on construction-related legal issues, procurement, disputes and project financing.
• Draft and negotiate key contracts and agreements for diverse project types.
• Engage in Ireland's large construction projects with Irish and global clients.
