Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Biochemical engineering required.
• Experience in process modelling for pharma/manufacturing networks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex analyses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead process capability and capacity modelling across DS/DP/API/FP.
• Evaluate facility fit, capacity, and process for strategic sourcing and capital investments.
• Define digital standards and modelling approaches for scalable deployment.
• Mentor engineers and interface with external CMOs as needed.
