AstraZeneca in Dublin is seeking a senior Automation and Digital Manufacturing leader to shape the site’s OT, automation and AI-enabled roadmaps. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, align with IT, Quality and Validation, and ensure compliant, secure and scalable manufacturing systems across a multi‑product facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; advanced degree desirable.
• 10+ years in GMP/pharma manufacturing with large automation leadership.
• Experience delivering automation roadmaps and capital programmes.
• Knowledge of PLC, MES, HMI, and OT infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute site Automation, OT and Digital Manufacturing strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership for PLC, HMI, historian and MES interfaces.
• Govern standards for automation architecture and lifecycle management.
• Ensure systems are validated, compliant, cyber-secure and inspection-ready.
• Lead OT cybersecurity initiatives with IT and global teams.
• Drive AI, analytics and digital twins to boost reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Validation and IT.
• Develop and manage budgets, roadmaps and KPI delivery.
