Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. in Ireland is seeking a Principal, Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery of portfolio management technology.

You will partner with portfolio managers, analysts and traders to shape the roadmap and align resources with high‑value opportunities. In an agile environment, you will translate business needs into user stories, drive quarterly goals, lead delivery teams, and ensure quality, performance and user acceptance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or above) in technology related field.
8+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, product owner, and/or product management.
Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
Experience with end-to-end product delivery in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Own delivery teams' culture and execution within an agile framework.
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and allocate resources.
Define quarterly goals and lead an empowered team to deliver capabilities.
Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support testing, QA, and user acceptance to ensure outcomes meet requirements.
