Job summary

TechHeads in Ireland seeks an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the Fund Technology and Investment Operations product work. You will bring fund administration, fund accounting or investment operations expertise to shape a modern technology platform for sophisticated clients.

You'll collaborate across pre-sales, discovery and implementation, translating complex fund processes into clear product requirements, and working closely with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration, fund accounting or investment operations.
• Strong background in product ownership or product management.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Comfortable discussing APIs and integrations with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients across pre-sales, discovery and implementation.
• Understand complex fund administration and investment operations processes.
• Analyze client processes to identify improvements.
• Demonstrate how technology delivers measurable operational benefits.
• Translate client requirements into product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout implementation.
• Adapt implementations to different client tech environments.
• Manage product requirements, backlogs and priorities.
• Support development of test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Handle multiple concurrent client implementations.
• Link fund operations, product and engineering for delivery.
• Challenge clients to adopt modern tech-enabled operating models.
