Enexa Partners is looking for a Schedule & PMO Lead – Manager to drive delivery on large water, wastewater, and utilities infrastructure projects in Ireland. Location: City of Dublin. Hybrid working arrangement with an expectation of minimum of 2x days/week in Dublin office and 3x days/week from home/remote.
Our Global Management Consulting client is engaged on Large‑Scale Irish Water Supply and Drainage / Wastewater Projects that are about to start (or entering procurement / early works) are dominated as national “mega‑projects”: the Water Supply Project (Eastern & Midlands Region) and Greater Dublin Drainage. These projects are now coming to delivery readiness scale, with confirmed procurement milestones and early works scheduled.
Minimum 10 years' experience in Project Controls, Scheduling or PMO leadership
Experience in assurance or delivery roles on major (>€1bn) capital projects / programmes
Proven capability to review, challenge and Assure Complex Schedules, Programme Logic, Critical Path, Dependencies, Risk Allowances and integration across multiple delivery partners
High proficiency with Advanced Scheduling Tools (Primavera P6) and ability to Lead Schedule Oversight/Assurance Activities
Experience working under NEC3 / NEC4 based programme requirements, especially programme acceptance processes
Demonstrated ability to establish and oversee PMO Operating Models, Governance Structures,
Reporting Frameworks and Performance Dashboards
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
