Qualifications

• 5+ years combined experience in Product Management.
• Experience driving user growth on a consumer product with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions.
• Strong foundation in user research and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end growth funnel, with a focus on top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and early retention across web and mobile surfaces.
• Deeply understand users both on and off the platform and build engaging experiences that expand Quora's reach to new demographics.
• Manage ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional interdependencies in a fast-paced environment, doing what it takes to make the product successful.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to define, build, iterate, and ship high-quality growth experiences at scale.
• Define objectives, metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization and measure success.
• Run structured experimentation across the funnel, using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor and analyze industry and product trends to identify new strategic growth levers that drive user growth, audience expansion, and product retention.
