They are seeking a Building Surveyor to join our dynamic Dublin team. You will manage a mix of professional surveying instructions and project-based assignments across a range of commercial properties (Office, Retail, Industrial, and Mixed-Use) throughout Ireland.
Honours degree (BSc) in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS/SCSI-accredited qualification.
Working towards Chartered Member of the SCSI or RICS (MRICS / MSCSI) and actively pursuing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
1–6 years of post-qualification experience within a private practice or commercial property consultancy environment.
Solid working understanding of the Irish Building Regulations, Planning Acts, and local commercial lease structures.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD; holds a valid full clean EU Driving Licence.
