Abbott in Kilkenny seeks an experienced Planning Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain planning, drive operational excellence, and strengthen supplier relationships. Qualifications

• Associate Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or related environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain activities and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production and material planning to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Develop and execute production and supply plans aligned with global demand forecasts.
• Analyze schedules, forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity to optimize material flow.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements for service, cost and quality.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking against material spend and working capital targets.
• Manage new product introductions ensuring supply readiness and continuity.
