Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Supply Planner in Ireland to lead the strategy and execution of a feasible supply plan for FG, DP, and API across the global network. This role collaborates with internal and external manufacturing partners to ensure uninterrupted patient supply.

The position requires 5–7 years of supply chain experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on use of SAP ECC and Kinaxis Rapid Response.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (SCM, Engineering or Life Sciences).
Advanced degree or certification in SCM (APICS CPIM/CSCP) preferred.
5–7 years of supply chain experience in pharma or consumer products.

Responsibilities

Drive the monthly FG/DP/API network planning process for assigned brands.
Review global analytics of the portfolio including demand evolution and inventory projections.
Understand site capacities, capabilities and supply risks.
Coordinate with BMS sites and External Manufacturing on plans and forecasts.
Lead cross-functional sub teams to align plans and drive solutions.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities and escalate when needed.
Support new product introductions to align supply timelines.
